Two days to connect real problems with practical possibilities

Organized by Harong Katuod Naga (HaKa), FutureTech 2026: AI NEXT PH brings together people who understand the problems and people exploring the tools to address them. The program combines keynote and leadership conversations, a Design Thinking Sprint, hands-on learning, focused technology sessions, exhibits and opportunities to meet mentors and investors.

Day 1 · Understand the need

Hear government and innovation perspectives, explore the expo, join a conversation with local innovators, and begin the FutureTech Co-Create Challenge. Afternoon breakouts cover AI app-building, government digital services and engagement with technology solutions providers.

Day 2 · Explore what to build next

Start with the future of Bicol’s digital economy, continue the Design Thinking Sprint and choose focused sessions on content, commerce, payments, governance, visual intelligence, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, brand systems, electronic notarization and collaboration. The day also includes mentor and investor connections, innovation showcases and the closing program.

Who should join?

MSME owners, founders, cooperatives, creators, brand and marketing teams, LGU officials and department heads, government agencies, educators, students, technology business incubators, healthcare organizations, utilities, civic groups and professionals preparing their organizations for AI and digital transformation.

Come with a specific challenge: a process that takes too long, information that gets lost between teams, a service that needs to be more accessible, or an idea you want to test. A clear pain point makes the workshops and conversations more useful.

Program overview

Plan your visit by day, time and room. The Main Hall program, Design Thinking Sprint and breakout sessions run in parallel, so choose the sessions most relevant to your goals.

Program guide: All times are Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). “UL” is the room label used in the supplied program. Schedules, room assignments and speaker details remain subject to final organizer updates. A delegate registration does not by itself guarantee a seat in a capacity-limited workshop.

The program assigns Electronic Notarization and the ViewSonic session to the same room at the same time. Confirm the final time or room assignment with the Secretariat.

Plan for parallel activities: The Day 2 Co-Create Challenge begins at 9:30 AM; its end time requires confirmation because the PDF lists “11:00 PM.” Lunch runs from noon–1:00 PM, followed by meetups, exhibitor presentations and innovation showcases. The closing program runs from 3:00–4:00 PM, overlapping some afternoon breakout sessions. Check the marked schedule entries with the Secretariat before choosing your sessions.

Make your two days count

  • Identify one real pain point. Bring a short description of the process, who is affected and what you want to improve.
  • Pick your priority sessions. Several activities run at the same time. Match your selections to your organization’s immediate needs.
  • Prepare for hands-on participation. Bring a laptop and Gmail account for the Day 1 AI app-building workshop. The program also lists this preparation for Day 2 mentor and investor meetups.
  • Check workshop availability. The program lists 30 places for Vibe Coding, 50 for the ARTA mixer and 50 for the BSP-led session.
  • Use the expo and networking intervals. Prepare questions for exhibitors, mentors and other delegates about your organization’s challenge.

For program updates and workshop arrangements, contact the Secretariat at hello@nagacitystartups.org.

Your pain point deserves a place in the conversation.
